I have a question regarding a Ford fusion 2013. It started leaking oil from the trasmition. I have already seen your video on how to fix the problem. However I live in Rocky Point Mexico and here unfortunately the only autozon we have doesn't have the part to fix the car. It's their anything else I could do to stop the leak instill??

You made a mistake when you pulled on the wrench with your left hand that was not on the handle. Torque wrenches have to be pulled from the handle only or else inaccuracy will be introduced. That is because the distance from the head to the center of the handle it calculated into the calibration of the wrench.

Definitely love the video too give me a hand. My timing chain slipped bad, broken front guide, etc. Found bolt for guide and other guide pieces in oil pan. I think my crank is 180 out from my cams. I'm considering pulling the head to check for other damage and to make sure motor is worth rebuild. I'm hoping I can see a comment back from you too chat more

People commenting about how different length tie rods render this method inapplicable, but if these measurements are made with the full weight of the vehicle on the tires, then the difference in length shouldnt matter. The difference would be adjust out when returning to these measurements with the new tie rod installed. Is this an incorrect assessment?
