All the people mad Steph didn’t get finals mvp 😭😭 if u saw the series u should understand why iggy won it slowing down lebron. Bron came straight out the gate with 44 game 1 and that was his best game after that the fg% dropped drastically and there were literally gonna lose the series until they started iggy yes this game was huge for Steph but iggy had a game with 22 and 25 and so did Steph on top of the defense he was playin that’s why he won it 😭😭

The 2006-07 Lakers had a 24th ranked team defense and the Phoenix Suns in the same season were ranked #1 in ppg and total offense. When you have a weak defense and underachievers like Luke Walton, Kwame Brown, and Jordan Farmar in your starting lineup, you won't get far in the playoffs, let alone beat a team with the best offense like the Suns had that year. If you look at the numbers in the 2007 playoffs, Lamar Odom was the only player besides Kobe (let alone starter) to average double digit points per game (Walton was averaging 7 points in 26 minutes per game, Farmar was averaging 6 points in 22 minutes per game, and Kwame Brown was averaging 9 points in 27 minutes per game.).

If Curry was being guarded by Kyrie while still putting up those numbers, then yes, Curry would have gotten FMVP. But the fact that Curry did this against Deli, including getting shut-down defensively by Deli in game 2, including getting outplayed by Deli offensively in game 3, putting the Warriors in a 2-1 hole WITHOUT both Kyrie and Love, that was just too much for the voters, who then viewed Iguodala as the "savior" Again, its not that he had struggles per se, but more like he had struggles against the Cavs non-starting-players I mean, imagine if in this 2015 Finals, Lebron had both Kyrie and Love, while Curry was solo without Klay and Green, and Curry was still schooling the Cavs and up 2-1, no one would have given the MVP to Lebron had the Cavs won despite him putting up nice numbers.

Stephen seem quiet and more introvert. Usually this type of sport the media looks for bigger and loudly 🔊 peoples. Similar to 90s Scottie Pippen with the Bulls. That affect the cards of the promoters of the Vision of the agency. You can't compare, both was specials. This Stephen Curry was an anomaly as Jordan but on this era.

Yeah and yet the media wants you to think he was a good role player. That Iggy getting a few extra minutes and holding lebron to 40 was more pivotal than steph going crazy in the most important game of the series (game 5 this game). Curry was much more important to warriors winning in 2015 than iggy.

I think if Kobe had at least an solid supporting cast of role players, he could have won 60 games that season and reached the finals. He probably would have won league MVP and would have a much better case at being the Greatest ever if he had a good supporting cast after Shaq left and if he didn't choke in the 2004 finals as that hurt his case. I think he should have left the Lakers in 2004 and went to a team like Orlando, Houston, Indiana, maybe New York Knicks if he really wanted to win immediately but thats on him. He could have made better decisions but he doomed himself of being considered the GOAT. I still have a lot of respect for Kobe Bryant though.

I like how Lebron fans claim that he didnt have a good supporting cast to win a chip during his cleveland days , but seem to forget that Kobe literally had the worse supporting cast from 2005-2007 and dragged a G-league team to the playoffs during the 2000s western conference.
