Where do you get your string from? I wanted to start stringing sticks but whenever I try to find a womens stringing kit, I can only find men’s or the kits don’t have the right things.

I 100% do not recommend this head, it has bent on me throughout the entire season when going for ground balls. In addition there is no protection for the top string, so it is constantly fraying. I had to get mine re-strung twice in ONE season

I have a stx launch pocket and it has no string at the end to go through the stick , it has two holes for strings to go through , how to I attach it to the stick???

heh I wanted to know. I just got into lacrosse and I brought a boy lacrosse stick . and one of my teammates said I couldn't play a game with the stick. so I was wondering instead of buying a new stick could I remove the string from the boy stick and but the girl strings instead. thanks

+Naomi Fervil it is not legal to do so, you would have to buy a girls head but you can use it on the guys shaft!

it is not legal in girls lax.. i would recommend just getting a cheap women's head for starting off

my coach says lots of girls start off with boys sticks so if you practice with it at home then thats totally fine, as long as you have a girls stick for games then you're good

anyone know what heads are good for shooting? im in australia so it has to be legal to there, but i need a powerful shot but (i previously played mens) it needs to be as close to a mens head if possible. nike is out of the question coz they are usually illegal here ;) thx for anyone who helps (i need a responce by around the 20th of april) thx guys

I use the amonte 1. I play have played women's lacrosse with it for 2 years now and I am a midfielder. the grips on it r supposed to make for a quicker shot and, if it matters, the pocket is good for running it down the field. I hope it helps and good luck with your upcoming season.

Actually the new STX Crux 500 or Exult 500 are fantastic sticks. deep pockets which are not illegal hope I helped!

I have been looking for this for ages! I just got my new lax stick and I find the strings to be a bit boring so I was thinking about doing my own. Thanks for this! I am totally using this guide when I get down to changing the head.

Nice tutorial, i've bought the same head to dye and string. I only know how to string men's sticks. By gutting do you mean crosslace? Are they the same thing?

Best video I've seen on KZbin for stringing a women's lacrosse stick. I'm going to make this my project this summer because my sidewall ripped and I want to add more color(͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) thanks!
