@ sometimes it takes upto one year. But usually within 3 month they get an interview. I know its really tough to wait. I understand your frustration.

My father us green cart holder . He petition i 130 for my mom me and my younger brother F2A visa. petition was approved in uscis. Now all the case in NVC. Nvc sent 3 case number . and my father pay all fees in my mother case number and add me and my brother for a derivative child (accompany) and ds 260 and civil document accepted by nvc for a derivative child. But nvc sent post mail me and my brother in other case number to pay all fees and iv application . we are pay all fees and submit ds 260 in my mother case number and nvc accepted . we are go to usa with my mom. so my father said that me and my brother case number will be close . Because we want to go with mom as a derivative. If we close the two case will there be any problem for our two brothers to go with mom. plz help .

Dont close the case yet. Better you email NVC . Explaining the situation. And what you guys should do in this situation. I think they can properly guide you. Did your father apply separately for your mom and you ?? If you become married you will not be able to go with your mother. You have to be single to go with her. So better you keep the case open. But just proceed with your mother for now. Because you never know anything can happen until you go the interview.

Please do something for legally waited immigrants. USA should be increased the Immigration Yearly VISA CAP. Married daughter and son of usa citizen and siblings of usa citizens wait 14-18 years for immigrant visa it's totally furstrating for . unmarried child wait 7 to-9 years. We are requesting to usa government please reform usa immigration policies. Please increase the annual visa cap. All the Immigration petitioners and who are waiting for immigrant visa they should be making a campaign before election of USA. Reform immigration policies and Increase Annual VISA CAP. Then people don't come to USA illegally. This campaign starting by two ways, at first make a campaign on social network Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and other way is ON ROAD CAMPAIGN. On Road Campaign should be arranged in USA AND led by all petitioners who really want their family members lived with them together in short time.see
