I bumped up to 2 now. #1 never accepts any of my matches sadly.I only avoid FREE players and people using TAS and Banned Characters.

Desire is a notorious booster in KOF97 and Garou. Often used 1 round and lowest time settings to eke out rounds. And yes, rage quits a lot

I actually really like EX King in this. I wasn't too kind to her at first because I felt that her arsenal was underwhelming compared to the standard King. Now that I'm more savvy with the game (15 years later, I might add!), I'm loving EX King a lot more. She seems to have everything she needs! There's a reason the modern iterations of her are more close to this. It agrees more with Art of Fighting 2 and KOF '95, right?

Both kings are equally good if you know how to exploit and execute the game plan. both are best at point...but ultimate mode settings is what is needed to truly need to analyze opponents behavior...

@@jtkof88 THANK YOU! That's what I've been telling them! Great normals, a solid jump CD, and a dirty proximity unblockable that can be followed up are just a few things I like about him! Yet my friends think he's bad because he "needs critical hits". I personally don't think there's a truly "bad" character in this game.

@@jtkof88 I guess that make sense. I used to get salty messages all the time in SoulCalibur, Marvel, Street Fighter and Blazblue, but only ONCE in KOF. Maybe KOF players are generally better composed....
