I lot of people hate Other M because of Samus's voice but TBH I love her voice, as someone who suffers from Autism and has a hard time understanding people Samus's voice is so calm and peaceful I can understand her and what she's talking about and what's she's feels, also because of her voice I have a crush on the character now, but ya Jessica Martin did a good job.

When I first played this game ages ago, I didn't like this boss, now 24 year old me actuly likes him, but if you're not aggressive with destroying his back slot FIRST, then yes, you will have a bad time. Destroy his back slot FIRST and the fight is much eaiser.

I love how the silver and golden gauntlets show up on Link physically, it really makes you feel like you're getting stronger

People can dump on this game all they want, but the gravity suit activating when I thought I was done for is one of my favorite moments in the Metroid series.

I love it so much... It's recognizable Ridley's theme in there but it was "unnervingly altered to be different, more mindlessly raging forward at the same pace, undeterred and mixed with wobbly space sounds and melodic bits that give a 'mutated' feel..." It's just a lot like Omega Ridley himself, a once cunning Commander now little more than a terrifying beast under the influence of phazon, still recognizable as himself but a lot more in your face than usual, trying to rip you apart.

"Dammit lemme shoot your balls" - the theme Another amazing tune tho that really befits the boss and the boss himself uses a lot decribed in the reptilican lore, which was super neat.

this is arguably the best and hardest fight in mp3. i replayed this a week ago and was streaming for some friends and didnt want to spoil the fact that this fight was coming but there is so little health along the way to her that i was panicking because i went into it with like 5 tanks

If I'm being honest, this is probably my least favorite boss fight in any video game I've ever played. He takes ages to kill and isn't fun to fight. The discordant music is fine at first but it quickly gets annoying. I think I had a headache after about half an hour of fighting this thing

My suggestion is to get all 20 Heart Containers before the Cave of Ordeals. Cause you know how much damage 3 Darknuts can do.

This is the only metroid fight that I ever felt was hard for the wrong reasons. I hated this guy on hyper mode.

In every other Ridley theme, the time signature switches rapidly between 3/4, 5/4, and a little bit of 4/4. 3/4 represents his creepiness, the utter terror he causes. 5/4 represents his brutal, savage attacks as he claws at you. The little bit of 4/4 represents when he's repositioning, adapting, learning. He stays with the two more uncommon time signatures because that's the side we see the most often. Here though? Ridley's been completely taken over by the Phazon. He can't think straight. And so, the music NEVER CHANGES TIME SIGNATURE. It stays on the most common time signature, which ironically for Ridley, is a completely alien signature!

I love this track a lot. They remixed Ridley's theme in a way such that it still resembles Meta Ridley's theme, but also takes the main melody of his theme and ..heh.. corrupts it.
