I was 13 when this DNC was happening. Anyone who wasn't around at the time, you have no idea how insanely popular that song and dance was at the time. Everyone was doing it and because of that no one thought you looked like a big dork at the time. Just the ones who couldn't do it right.

@@seamanship1203 with the news and the music video being played a lot on MTV which featured the dance. I'm trying to think of a dance that was this big since then. I know there have been Vine and TikTok dances, but people are not doing those at work seminars or at political conventions. The Macarena was just my generations YMCA.
