A thing i have tried in a year was that change your perspective to see yourself and the people around you. I used to believe in the sigma boy things and i will not talk with anyone im this kind of boy and other useless things, but after sometime i realised that i was forcing that sigma on myself which i was not. Then I talked to myself and slowly slowly i changed, my approach with people changed my approach with myself changed.
