Hi amulet! Here’s a quick summary, but know I’m gonna make a video on how to catch all the dynamax pokemon, including ones from dynamax raids that premiere on Sept 10 at 10am local! There are only 3 catchable dynamax pokemon available before raids: two wooloo, and one skwovet. These can all be shiny! And they can also evolve. One of the wooloo is a reward from gaining your first 1,000mp from both visiting Power Spots and/or walking 2km. You can check your MP and catch this wooloo when you hit 1,000, from the Nearby Tab’s Power Spot menu. The other wooloo and the squovet are both available through the “To The Max” special research given automatically to players at least level 13 or higher. Happy to help with any other questions!

Correct, but only if every power spot is new; thankfully though, even if every power spot has been visited already, you will still hit exactly 1,000 doing the same thing. As long as you do a 2km last, youre golden!

You are absolutely correct, and i’m already planning to make an update short. Haven't confirmed if the +20 bonus will be available again once the power spot disappears & reappears back at the same point of interest, but i will have that information in the short when it is released before the 10th! But to summarize, the last two options (including the option that gives you the most particles in a single day) will still bring you to 1,000 daily even if all the power spots you visit only give 100mp. Option A: 6 spots (600mp if none new) + one 2km (300mp) = 900mp, which does NOT break over 1000! Option B: 1 spot (100mp if not new) + two 2km (600mp), before another 2km (300mp); 100+600+300 = 1000mp exactly! Option C: 4 spots (400mp if none new) + one 2km (300mp) + another 2km (300mp); 400+300+300= exactly 1000mp! Thank you so much for adding the info!

Hey! MP can be spent to upgrade or unlock a Dynamax pokemon's Max Strike, Max Guard, and Max Spirit attacks. Dynamax the pokemon in the summary screen first! Later, MP will be spendable at Power Spots to battle & attempt to catch Dynamaxable Skwovet, Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, and Wooloo when they are released into Dynamax Raids on the 10th. Other Dynamax pokemon are sure to follow!

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to increase the amount of MP you can store, at least not yet. However, it might be smart to start spending MP on a dynamax pokemon's max moves if you eventually want different dynamax pokemon. This is because you will be REQUIRED to bring an existing dynamax pokemon to be able to battle and capture new ones in dynamax raids.

I've heard reports of of 250 Max Particles being the cost to enter a Dynamax Wooloo raid. Wishing you shiny dynamax luck!

Happy to! I'll probably be making a video soon, but if you're focusing on outbreaks definitely knock out 60 of the pokemon before you start picnic resetting. A sandwich can help, but don't save in case the outbreak or sandwich ends with no shiny, so you can reset your game and keep the herba mystica!

No sandwich, just the Outbreak Event and luck! I was in Kitikami's Wisteria Pond which is in the South-West, but the sparkling Riolu icon might be in a different place on your map than mine was. The Outbreak Event is scheduled to last until the 22nd! Just go to the Poke Portal and click the left shoulder button to connect to the internet, and if that doesn't do it, click Mystery Gift and then "Get Poke Portal News." Good luck!!
