I am basicaly not a big fan of stylish bars. I prefer an old and traditional atmosphere. But this bar looks really nice. But Sake Highball...hmmm...I am not sure about this. But I will definitiv give this Bar a try next time when I am in Koenji. And I want to eat the Quail eggs in soaked soy sauce.

You’d be surprised! Sake can be delicious in cocktails if you bring out the flavor notes the right way.

Thanks for your comment! I don’t usually drink sake highballs either, but this one is a must-try. They made several kinds, and I was amazed at how each one had a completely unique and delicious flavor!✨

Thank you☺️ You can eat without fishing, but it’s actually cheaper if you catch it yourself!

@ 8:34 mark, is this sake available at Tippsy? I'm fairly new to sake and would like to try this one. Thanks for sharing the Deer park with us.

Thank you for your comment! While we don’t have the exact same sake at Tippsy, there are many delicious sakes from Nara prefecture. I highly recommend trying my favorite, Mimirosugi :) Other great options with similar specs include Shimeharitsuru “Jun” and Sohomare “Indigo.” Have a wonderful sake time🩷

Lovely! What's the best way to make a reservation for my trip there soon? And where can I find an English speaking guide who can show me the highlights AND the best hidden places to eat and the local sake?? Please help. Great video, thank you!
@TippsyJapan4 ай бұрын
Thank you for your comment! This place only accepts phone reservations, and they are essential. It’s best to call and book once you’re in Japan. They update their IG stories daily with available reservation slots, so you might even secure a spot the day before. If making a call in Japanese is challenging, the hotel staff might be able to assist you :) Have a great trip! Their IG: instagram.com/imari_breakfast?igsh=MW1vOXJvN2szNXRyYQ==

Additionally, for English-speaking guides, you can check out sites like Go with Guide, which offer a variety of guides. I haven’t personally used these services, but we hope this helps. Your comment has also helped us understand the demand for guides. Thank you!✨
