I certainly understand your side. However, I’ve had buyers and sellers thank me profusely for cold calling them. They were motivated and didn’t know where to start. When we spoke, I answered questions, provided resources to help, and I provided an option for them to hire when/if they needed my help. I understand the call center cold calls but individuals calling to provide help and resources on a local level can be extremely helpful for some folks.

@@espositorealtygroup I have to imagine those people are clueless to begin with then. Any sort of cold call is akin to door to door salesman (and who likes door to door salesman?) If I need a service I will reach out. But keep doing what you’re doing and I’ll keep ignoring your calls.

I live in Massachusetts. Its the second highest state to live in , in the entire country..!! This video is so false. The median cost of a house in this state is around $600-$700k... The home they are showing you is probably abandoned, falling apart and has a number of unpaid tax leins that the buyer would inherit....
