INMHO 1 of the Best, to be trite, sorry, TV SHOWS ever. And I don't dig TV generally and to Andrew Scott, our yummy hot priest, DO WATCH RIPLEY, he shows his othet side.

As someone who had to leave an ex in similar circumstances years ago this scene really hit home, i felt that exact panicked desperation he did. You both want to stay but you know itll only get worse

The tragedy here is that this is the last time he sees the woman he loves as he sees her. When they reunite in Paris, the Lou he loved is gone. In the end Ruben wins nothing.

Riz Ahmed is incredible in this scene. Nails that heart being ripped out of your chest feeling, it isn’t just crying and the desperation, it’s the way he’s looking around like he doesn’t know where to turn now that his life is truly falling apart without Lou. I’ve been there and he crushes it.
