Budo Boxing is a channel for all Boxers and Martial Artists that want to better understand REAL boxing.

This channel will give you the necessary tools to learn real boxing fundamentals and technique so that you can grow as a boxer, a martial artist, and as a person.

Japanese meaning for “Martial Way”

box·ing | The art of attack and defense with the fists practiced as a sport.

This style is awesome. Used it yesterday in training. Messed up the right hand for some reason. How hard do you need to tighten the thing? I've been having some trouble with circulation in my hands during mid to end training.
