Doesn’t say anything about tiny homes though. So maybe not the right place. I do question when it says come visit, but no info on where it is. Have to call.

I will not call because of one of the commenters stating there was no answer. I would like to know if this is a scam. It is the perfect thing for a friend of mine who loves tiny homes and she's retired. The fact that they won't share the location is too suspicious. I think it's a scam.

The brochure says "convenient to Tampa Orlando and Vero Beach" nothing is convenient to all 3 and I am not calling to find out where. If you can’t be honest about your location, I am not looking any further.

I challenge your guarantee for a dynamic experience. Wife and I walked in the morning of 11/30/23 and was greeted by a snobbish hostess who fumbled her way thru the script. I stayed about a minute longer than I wanted before walking out and going down the road. This business is not ready to be open yet. This was my experience.

Is there any catch why they are selling the lots for this cheaper? Some where in the flyer they mentioned, *Package is land and building material package. Construction is the buyers responsibility. Package may vary from photo. For this price, are they going to give lot and building materials??? I feel the catches on this will be like below. 1. Purchase land, but the construction need to be done in the given time frame with this builder / and other specified builder? No random builders. 2. The building plan might be finalized which you cannot change according to your budget and tastes. Minor modifications might be allowed. Based on the building plan, if it costs 0.5 M $ or 1M $ to construct, you have to go with that only. 3. Immediately you may not rent it out.

I have never heard anyone else claim 20 minutes from any point at Smith Mountain Lake to downtown Roanoke. If that is true, then it would seem the location is on one of the extreme fingers of the lake, making most of the other claims extremely doubtful.

Sounds great, but you're mispronouncing Pedernales. And that makes it seem very un-family Texas history' ish. Oh, I see I'm not the only person who noticed this. Someone somewhere who is a Texas native should have caught this before it became immortalized in this ad. Of course, if you're only looking to sell to people who are not really from Texas...
