Im 68 now, but in 1972, I saw Grank Funk Railroad. What I didn't know til I got there, the warm-up band was Edgar Winters White Trash..we had 2nd row seats. Blew my hair backwards.

His work with Muddy Waters live was outstandung. Muddy was recovering from a bad car crash and needed Johnny's slide work on stage for a bit. Wow, just wow.

I lived in Port Arthur for a year while building the Beaumont Federal Prison. Hot and muggy summers there - The ferry to Galveston made for fun weekend though.

I saw Johnny sitting on the fence in the background in the (Tijuana Smalls ?) TV ad when I was a kid. He's right,, first time I ever saw a cross-eyed albino.

I don't believe there's anyone with the knowledge and chops of the blues that can rock like Johnny could on this planet. there's things Johnny did that Jimi Stevie derringer. Alvin lee.rory gallagher Duane and dickey. trower. nugent. Luther Allison buddy guy. never had in their bag of licks.

Cool.... Post the whole set or something😊. Sounds like there's a little bit of pitch issue... Maybe needs to be sped up a hair. But all Otis is good Otis in my book😊
