Beacuse you used to be able to Double pump with no cooldown and it was better DPS than a tactical. An example of the pump swap 8:53

Clearly never experienced the joy of playing this game when everyone was figuring out things and had double pump. now you shoot 1 bullet a whole fortress is built with people quad editing making the game no longer fun also with them completely changing the game with all the vehicles.
