Great question but no, this does not fall under tax evading it falls under the 5m rule, you cannot gift any property worth more then 5m (gr.17), tax evading is avoiding the tax system for example, I sell the cars for 1k with intentions of receiving more money in cash. :)

@@VenicePS from the bunker, you will get 500 ar ammo for every 5 hours, if the ar ammos are going for 40-45 each that means you will get roughly 20-22.5k back from a battery thats worth 40k meaning you lost 17.5k for the 5 hours you got xp, its not terrible :)
