@@dannyzuehlsdorf3697 haha that’s definitely not true- people are going to buy in every side of town for their own reasons & me telling them the truth or not is not going to change that. This is my honest opinion about this neighborhood based off of what I’ve seen and my personal opinion, that is all. However I would never lie to or be dishonest to a client to get business. That’s completely against my conscience, but even if it wasn’t I don’t think that is how things work anyway 🤪🤪

@@feija77 that’s a good question!! It has never bothered me but I do know people who it bothers here. I’ve never experienced that personally. Spencer gets allergies in certain areas here during that time of year like by a field that’s being farmed for example but that’s about it :-)

Eugene is a lively town. Salem is dead and suited best for very old, sedentary people. The times I had to be in Salem visiting relatives were the most bleak and miserable I've ever spent.

Hello, i just moved after 14 years of salem to Albany. Yes salem has it pro's, but if you are looking for a little more smaller citie go look at Albany they have so many cool things to do around there and everything is right next to echother!

I always loved Portland more than Seattle. Portland is a place where you can be yourself, but Seattle is definitely for someone who just graduated college and is looking to network or work with a big company. Nothing compares to the Oregon Coast too! I definitely feel the same as you when I go to Seattle. I am still deciding which area to move back to!

This is encouraging. Where we live, a manufactured home seems like a great option for us. However, everyone on the internet (especially Dave Ramsey) acts like they are the worst financial decision you could make. If renting costs more than the mortgage on a mobile home, wouldn’t it make more sense to buy a mobile home while you save up for a house?
