Get along to String Theory in Stratford on Avon, and exchange your Steering wheel for the Alcantara version, it feels a bit thicker and looks the business. Had mine done last week, only took 15 mins to be done 👌

So in this video when you were explaining the speed limiter. was this after the supposed speed limiter delete was meant to be in effect and it didn't work, or was this before the speed limiter delete? Looking at options for our track GR Corolla and we are hitting it at the end of the straight on a couple of tracks and its disconcerting when it happens especially heading into a high-speed corner. Both Mt Panorama and SMSP have highspeed corners after a long straight (Australia).

Personally I don’t like the actual carbon finish think it looks like a 1980’s kitchen worktop. Lot of work for very little gain but each to there own.

Don't take it over 9000 RPM. The Imp engine works best with a slightly milder can than the original Competition department full race R23. A lot of the better race engines that used the 1. 4" inlet valve heads worked best on the R21 cam.

hi Will, thanks for the excellent tutorial. I'm putting all this into practice on my PS4 simulator. Would you have a recommendation on shifting points ? are there spots where short shifting would be beneficial ? Thanks, Chris

Loving the dicing that classic racing provides. Highlights everything that’s wrong and boring with F1. Also love the Imp although I’m a little biased, having grown up in a Rootes Group family dealership. Drove plenty of Imp’s back in the day. Great racing Will and fantastic commentary. You have a great future either side of the microphone.

Prove all this smart people wrong : continue with what you love. You got an incredible luck to be able to race young and even more to be able to have these cars. Have fun with them, enjoy it as much as you can for every other one that can't get to this. Ride fast and safe ✌

TOLLES VIDEO tolles Auto

Yes. 2.2 ohm but 2 works just fine apparently. I found the circuit board/hobby ones best as per the video. The actual airbag ones I bought didn't work.

@@midkemia69OK. I disagree. I was overtaken twice the whole lap and other than that was the fastest thing there. It may look smooth and slow but I was close to the limit as I was sliding about a few places. And as you see, I let a faster car by straight away. I was meant to drive with Misha also but I was unwell. 👍

one of your transaxle nose mounts may be sheared and sitting ok but when torque is applied it's lifting and allowing the nose of the box to rotate causing selection problems. Check with a trolley jack under the nose of the box, it shouldn't lift. There are some tough racing front transaxle mounts available, horrible in a road car with vibration but...
