The fish at 3:29 is a Baillons Wrasse, one of the rarest in the country. Swanage pier is the known hotspot for them though!

If you’re using circle hooks don’t strike point the rod towards the fish and reel down till the line tightens t em lift the rod up See if that helps nice rays
