I have a 2019 Prowler Pro XT (which is the same as a Tracker) with Power Steering (which is a "must have"). We use it to check corn/cattle fields and some minor mostly dry trail riding. A few upgrades are: Front Winch (if not included at factory), wireless controls for front winch, full Front Windshield, Street Legal lighting & horn kit, motorcycle LED headlight upgrade, Sheet Metal heat shield under its rear tilt box (to deflect heat from its engine and muffler), LED Reverse light under its rear box, side mirrors and heat deflection shield films installed on its front and rear firewalls (to repel its natural high heat). I also removed its under middle seat access panel and installed a 7" 12 volt RAD Fan (to suck heat out of its soft cabin). We have a soft cab but recommend Hard Cab upgrade for colder winter air regions as well. I also cut 10.5" x 23" opening and installed thick galvanized wire mesh on its center "under belly" skid plates (to allow more natural air venting). Our 2019 Prowler is not the fastest or the most smooth suspension but its fun to drive. Especially with its super quiet (even at higher RPM speed) 4-stroke 812cc engine. Not too sure if we would use its rear box for gravel/dirt hauling (we use attached 4x6 trailer instead) but it works great for our tools and light weight materials... This "utility" UTV design is a Must Have tool for farm country usage and minor trail riding....... I'd recommend - with above upgrades. Note: 2-If I remember correctly, the 2023+ years go 5 mph faster, have better clutching (for faster take off) and are 3" higher off the ground. 2-Their engine under the tilt box (like the Polaris range) run "hot temps". If living in hot summer months, apply DIY mods for more natural air flow under and to its engine area. Cooler temps the better. Hope this helps...

Before you make a statement about being 1500 towable...please check THE PAYLOAD CAPACITY.....No 1500 can pull this trailer. It must be pulled with a 3/4 ton or 2500. Your welcome

My father-n-law has a 2017 and we use it about every 4th weekend. It’s been a great boat. We mostly fish for large mouth. Ass, white bass, crappie and catfish. Only things I would add is a hydraulic steering, hydraulic jack plate, iPilot and a Garman 10” Echo with live scope

Thank you for pointing this out. Yes that was my mistake. The smaller GeoPro and MiniLite Models have Azdel walls, the UltraLite and Signature are not Azdel, but are still aluminum framed with a high R Value vacuum sealed walls.

Hello Craig, This unit has a lot of nice features for full-time living. My first question when answering if its best for full time living is where do you plan on spending the winter season. Rockwood 5th wheels do come equipped with heated tanks and high R value walls so would handle milder winters with very little stress. However, if you plan on wintering in North Dakota where we are located you will have to spend some time researching insulating the underside of the unit and if it is something you wish to tackle. I would redirect you to a premium fish house, like our Yetti brand, if you plan on wintering in hard freeze environments.

Hello John. The climate protection package includes 12v heated tanks and radiant foil in underbelly, front caps & Slide floors. However I would strongly suggest skirting and additional insulation for windows if you were planning on camping in ND December-February.

I want this model so much! I notice the wardrobe has a different clothing rod, which I think I like the 2023 rod so it's easier for longer camping, since I don't travel as much. I've seen the 2022 in person and I wonder just what else the now available 2023 differences are. It has a separate sound bar, instead of the 2022 being built in, which leaves more storage in its place. The carpet maybe is different, but still not carpet-less. Is there a slide or drawer under the dinette seats? Is there any low light, behind or under trims etc., which is really nice for safety or ambiance? What size and resolution is the TV? Are these dual MaxxAir fan as standard? Bathroom storage is anemic. Where does the stinky slinky stow? It needs a splash on the right side of the cook top. I'd consider moving the installed living room TV to the bedroom, so I wonder just how big a TV I can mount in the living room instead. I hope not to get rid of my 53.7x31“ 60", as it's only 47 lbs. I'm willing to just have to walk around it!

Vincet, it is a great floor plan, This 2608, and its shorter mini light version (2506) with their large kitchen make the camper feel so much more open. There is a sliding drawer under the dinette seats, it does not come with ambient lighting under the couch, however you could turn on the fireplace for some extra light. I am unsure about the TV specs, but you will not want to go much larger than the standard size, as it may interfere with the slide. Maxxair Fans are included. The bathroom storage is limited as the design of this camper does focus on optimizing living space and bedroom storage. There is still plenty of room for towels, and bathroom supplies. There are several storage locations on the back side of the camper that would work for camper set up equipment.
