Well, I thought I had an original idea with my parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme dressing. I guess great minds think alike! Mine is a vegetarian cornbread stove top recipe and only sage is added to the dry ingredients, with parsley, rosemary, and thyme added to the soup stock. Thanks for sharing this!

After watching the video & reading the comments, I decided this is the one for me! I used my new kitchen aid stand mixer & pre mixed bag of pasta flour ( Tesco finest) a mix of 00 grade flour & semolina, the rest of the recipe I followed to the letter. It was so easy. In 66 years I’d never made my own pasta dough . I made a lasagne with 1/4 of the dough & 1/4 spaghetti to freeze & 1/2 fettuccine nests to freeze & eat with king prawns & a lemon & saffron sauce. The pasta was delicious. I’ll never buy another packet of pasta! Thank you

I actually do not add butter or grease before adding the fish because i want the skin to stick as it makes it easier to separate the skin from the fish.

This recipe looks very good and I will be making it. After noticing that the yolks of a very popular brand of eggs were always pale, I sent them an email to ask why. Their reply said that it's because they feed a very high quality feed to their chickens and I believed that until a customer of mine that has Chickens 🐓 told me: "No... you get pale yolks when the birds are under constant stress and are fed LOW QUALITY feed..! Don't buy Eggs from that "E.B." brand. They don't have any flavor either...!
