It's actually a govt operated guest house and can only be booked if you know someone. There are plenty of hostels, but it's hard to find pvt guest house.

It's a govt operated guest house and can only be booked if you have any close references, haripur is a small town, and it's hard to find any decent guest houses , you can google and find many hostels for few hours and a day stay. If you are coming from Islamabad, then you dont need to book any hostel you can up down in a single day.
