Also, Europeans didn’t enslave you. You were already enslaved by Africans. Just came and bought you from them.

this chick is barely even black. What is she one percent black? I’m not black at all and I’m darker than her.

As a black woman i love bantu knots. This video is very informative and sweet in the way it describes our hair. “resembles the cosmos” ✨✨

I was hoping to find out who coined the term “silk press”. That is a relatively new term that would not have been used at the time of the examples that you gave, such as Tia and Tamera. It’s more likely that their hair was straighten with a hot comb or a marcel iron. I’m only speaking as someone with the same hair texture as the twins, and I’m also the same age as them. The salon service would have been referred to as a press and curl, a bump and curl, a doobie (in NY), a wrap (in other Northeast regions) or simply getting your hair pressed, but it never would have been referred to as a “silk press”.

How did I know? It's always a bunch of triggered loud mouths in the comments whenever a cute light skin sis got something to say about blk culture. Yall stop being so sensitive and predictable. If the host was darker and sounded ghetto it would be a bunch of chicks praising the content. Shame🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤣🤣🤣😑 yall more racist against your own folks.

Look, a forever-victim! I found this video to educate myself on the history of the cornrows. In order to respect the culture that inspired me to get this hairstyle for myself today - after years of wanting to and talking to people that have them. Instead, here we have another race-baiting victim of the "white supremacy." 🤡 If only black people can wear braids because it was made for them with health in mind -- Don't ever "appropriate" 'white culture' by getting your hair straightened, no ponytails, no Dutch braids, and no headbands! Thanks for the information 🤓

Going back and forth isn’t recommended. Going in one direction, lifting the roller and repeating is recommended.

Hi Jessica. It's me Lance. 2 parts to this message and I bet you will really like both parts of this message... I don't have much food idea but I just came up with a genius idea.... I have a big pan of left over refried beans and plenty of hamburger buns... I'm going to add seasonings and salts to my refried beans and then instead of a black bean burger, I'm going to make a refried bean burger.... So to my refried beans, I'm going to add, sea salt, chili powder, chipotle powder, and dried basil, then I'm going to make a veggie burger patty.... I don't have any butter or oil, so as an oil substitute to cook my refried bean burger in, I'm going to use A-1 steak sauce, then I'm putting my bean burger on a hamburger bun topped with some Valentina hot sauce.... ok, this recipe is definitely kind of weird, but this actually sounds kind of good. Jessica, have you ever tried a good black bean burger. Omg, they are so good ! I like my black bean burgers simply topped with fresh cut tomato and ketchup..... wow black bean burgers are good. They are rich like beef patties but they have such a healthy satisfaction to them.... I have never BBQ a black bean burger on a charcoal or propane grill but I really want to some day..... Part 2: .... Hey Jessica, once you have developed a solid and healthy personal life for yourself, it picks up your followers and gives them a healthier more solid life as well.... once you have picked up your followers, you can start playing with your followers. Lol, everyone likes to play..... For example, if you have a little extra and you want to play with your followers, you could go shopping and pick out one shirt that you really like, then you could have a Facebook drawing or something and one of your followers can win the shirt.... small things like that really mean a lot to people who follow you, and look up to you..... In my case, one example on my behalf.... I love scratch tickets.... So I would go pick out like 100 of my favorite scratch tickets from the gas station and then run a Facebook drawing..... Alright, I'm going to go make a refried bean burger 🍔.... I'll let you know how it was later.....

Wigs were mostly created for men, especially those in parliament and back in the early centuries, because of a large outbreak with lice, and you’ll still see in pictures colonial men wearing wigs in parliament of course though you don’t look half as nice as the way, women wear them
