It didn't mean much to me yet, but it kept sticking in my head and I found it so wonderful that I had such intense dreams a few times about a word that I didn't know and yet existed. It kept spinning in my head and I wrote about it to a group and one Renée responded that she felt it was toxic information that I shouldn't take in. Now, just the night before... the night after the dream, I had texted a friend that she should stop sending me war news. I realize that I read newspaper articles and watch political videos too often. So... I wrote to my guides asking what was going on with the membrane. This was the answer: "It is Providence that wanted to warn you. The woman was right... and you know it. We wanted you to listen and look up the word. It happened exactly as we had figured it out. It is the purity of thoughts without all that nastiness and bad influences that are membraned. It made you think well and with the help of Renée it came through well. You already let it be known that you did not appreciate the negative videos that your girlfriend sent. Hold on to that and save yourself for Love. The wind blows and let it blow your head clean. You are a child of peace and you have experienced it well in this life. You lost your way for a while but you have found it again. I also asked who my guides are: “your father, your mother and many others you have known.”

Being a surfer myself Nassim, I do know the feeling of being in the resonance of Waves and negative ions. "If It Swells, Ride It". God Bless You. We did know about the energy of crystals in ancient times, the energy is negative ions under pressure which is the ultimate "feel good" and healthy stuff, which makes the human mind and our genes able to be stable and to "think" more clearly and develop amazing things without "forcing" it. Maybe the ancient peoples who built stuff, just were healthy and felt good because of the energy found within the amazing crystalline, "resonating" rocks that they were cutting and arranging properly. They knew exactly what and why they were doing so. As far a ancient wisdom of "harmonic" geometry, I put it in musical terms as far as, "tuning" goes. (the universe is a well tuned song) For me A-432Hz is a "comfortable" thing (negative ions) and when it was "demonically" changed to A-440Hz as a controlling PSYOP it was somewhat uncomfortable. I now put people into two groups, the comfortable 432's and the anxious 440's, and it is time for President Trump to write a beautiful executive order to, . MAKE A-432Hz GREAT AGAIN. . Why not? 432 is a harmonic, geometric and connected number, and 440 is a, "click" off.

This past Saturday, I attended a 50th birthday celebration for someone whose well-being, I've been accountable, for over 25 years. His Mom gave a wonderful speech thanking a lot of people. She specifically spoke about me being "her rock" throughout the years. At the time, I was struck by the generosity/ kindness of her comment. Being considered to be a rock is a blessing and a huge responsibility. I know and trust that I have (and have had) Angels and Guides to assist me always! 💕✨️

What "train" meant for me, was PRACTICE the techniques and meditation. I've had some good acknowledgment from my wife who I had to unhook from life support not a week ago. Ever since she's been as active as possible while she rejeuvenates her soul. A good friend of ours texted me two nights ago and told me that he felt an actual physical pinch underneath his arm and no one was there. I've had a few good communications from her as I've been using this to be able to tell if she was talking to me or not. I'm doing my best to meditate as much as I can every day to build myself up to learning more and more and eventually becoming as good as her one day to help as many as I can.

Actually, I'll be back for the actual meditation closer to bedtime. I was hoping someone would provide a community meditation. Thank you!

I have been trying for years to connect with my deceased older brother. He was hit by a car in 1989 when he was in college, while riding a bike. My Mom cared for him at home where he remained in a coma/vegetative state for 14 years. He was my buddy and my protector and it was as you can imagine, so painful from the beginning. For the last week, I have been listening/watching your youtube podcasts and doing the SIP or more than a SIP each day. Years ago i completed Reiki level 2, but haven't practiced for some time. Today, after finishing working on a sewing project, I decided to turn on the TV. I hit the power button only. The opening screen came on and I continued to work around my sewing area . All of a sudden a movie started playing. I had not touched the remote that turns the movies on. (Earlier today, I put it out there that I would love to connect with my brother and asked that he please send me a sign that I would understand.) When the movie started, I thought maybe there would be a sign within it since I didn't even know how it could be playing at all. It began playing near the end of the show. In the closing scene the man gives the woman a dog just like the one she already has. He said to the original dog, how do you like your little sister, are you two getting along? They were happily playing with each other. I am astounded! Thank you so much for your great work!
