NERDY B4 IT WAS COOL, Ultimate Spider-Man top cool animated series with a new vision good that did not copy the past animated series about the spider, I like the humor and lightness of the first seasons well and season 4 I did not like it they removed the humor and became dull well at least ended normally, and about fanatics they will always whine what the past cartoons are masterpieces and by this they only cause negativity to The Spectacular Spider-Man and Spider-Man 90.

I did my best to watch the show since a friend who is obsessed with CW recommended it to me but I wound up being mentally drained trying to balance all the shows into one timeline story. I started with the Flash S1 and 2 and so far it had been easy but then I realized I had to watch Green Arrow, Supergirl, etc to understand the crossovers, it made me go a little crazy with struggling to see them all to prepare for the big team up. And I felt like I was watching the show wrong. Also, 45 minutes for 23 episodes? I am usually content with 22 minutes at a time with 26 episodes.

I like the fact that while Chief Rojas was an annoying jerk who was clearly meant to be placeholder for Gordon, the writers didn't go the easy route by making a corrupt cop. Instead, it seemed like the reason he hated Batman is because he genuinely thought he was a threat to Gotham. Anc considering that Joker, Bane, Man-Bat and Mr. Freeze started to terrorize Gotham because of Batman, you can argue his paranoia was somewhat justified.

I would love an Arkham asylum series, I think they could structure it as an anthology series starting with the story of Amadeus Arkham then chronicle its dark history from there all the way up to the present day. Use the cut prologue “before the play.” of the Shining as foundation for how this Arkham anthology series is structured?

Harvey Dent is a great choice for a spin-off! Could look at Better Call Saul, which also focuses on the “duality” of personas of a lawyer.

Love the idea for an Arkham series

I love the idea of following Harvey Dent. If done well it could be really good. I feel like there was originally supposed to be an Arkham Asylum tv show but it got scrapped for some reason. I definitely don't want a Joker series, he's a character who works best with less screen time in my opinion.

The Penguin is the only great Batman show without Batman in my opinion and I was worried, but so far so good. When The Gotham Knights show trailer dropped I knew it was going to suck because the way it looked, but I knew Misha Collins was going to do well, because he was one of my favorite things about Supernatural. I wonder how James Gunn's Batman is going look? Batman is a character that has been a Box Office draw for years, if I were Warner Bros I'd keep him on the Big Screen as well. Nice Video.

Super nostalgic show

There are aspects of the show that I like. The animation is arguably the best of a Spider-man show, the villains are interesting, and they do some cross overs are often hilarious. However, the make Peter to be a complete idiot and his dynamic with his team is very poor. Definitely not up to nuff with Teen Titans or Young Justice. All the have is “let’s have the rest of the team bully Peter, it’ll be funny.” Then we got the web warriors and honestly I’m sick of the Spidey Gang or the Bat Family. Worst of all Spider-man is and has always been about Peter balancing being a superhero with his personal life. The basically threw that out the window. The show isn’t absolutely horrible but it’s not nearly as good as the 90s show or Spectacular.

The only way I personally would have ever welcomed a 5th season of this show is if they finally introduced Eddie Brock into it and had him become Toxin like he briefly was in the comics wuile this show was on the air, thid Harry Osborn Venom thing wore out its welcome to the point that slapping Toxin on him too would have bern both Lazy Repitive.

I personally didn’t love Disney XD Ultimate Spider-Man because it’s not comic book accurate series from the ultimate 1610 comics and of course I didn’t love Drake Bell voicing Disney XD version of Ultimate Spider-Man
