Wow! I know how much training it takes to get there. My just turned 10u girl has been training for a year every week at Dbat and she just hit 46 tonight, 5 days after turning 10. Looks just like this video

That’s impressive for 10U! Last year I was 13U jr team, and most kids were only pictching in that range 40-50 mph.

The fastest I can pitch is 55mph but I haven't even started my first season yet I have been training for about 4-5 months and my form is pretty solid but yeah keep up the good work and please wish me luck for my first ever softball season when it rolls around!:)

She has good mechanics she just need to really sip her hand and explode off the rubber, the pitches will be faster that way. Over all she looks like she is going to be an amazing pitcher if she keeps practicing

Wow that’s amazing! It looks like you are throwing a 12 in ball from 40 feet tho, I play 10U rec and I pitch 45 with an 11 inch ball and from 35 feet! Keep up the great work!
