@@EASI-yu5pv Check out Marisa's KZbin channel if you have not already done so and read her book "Tell yourself a better lie" for ways you can apply the tools and techniques into your own life and then you can work towards gaining the skills and money to do the training if it is what you truly want! Choose wisely 🙌

I definitely use food to cope. Growing up in a Nigerian household where we weren't very emotional, we showed our love to each other but never stated it or expressed it in open ways that I would see my friend's family doing so. In fact, the first time I remember us saying 'I love you' to each other was when I was 17. We now say it more often. But the fact of the matter is that growing up wood was love. If my parents wanted to express their love or care, they would buy us some food that they know we love or keep us on some extra portions. And I don't blame them. They grew up in a country with less resources during the time of a civil war. They saw their siblings be bombed and starve, there's no space for emotionality. Resources were Love to them. But it is time for me to reprogram, because anytime I feel shame, stress, anger ... I turn to food. Thank you Tania! This was an amazing video
