sorry, I create this video for the pacific problem 'Content Of Data Does Not Look Valid' I was having with mo2, I had to figure out how to fix it myself. Sorry the video couldn't help you but I hope you solve your problem too.

"update" sadly mo2 just isnt really doing it for that file im probably doing something wrong but decided to delete everything and go back to vortex start from scratch i had thing all working on vortex before but would eventually get a unknown error after my pc restarted basically something got corrupted a driver or such but i now believe that is was due to my SSD being on exfat format not ntfs would like to hear peoples opinions on the two but will take me a little while before i will find out ive got alot!!!! of downloads to redo

Animated grass and high poly mobs does not affect fps. Connected textures do

Your chunks are completely bugged! You have to disable all optifine render optimization settings and mostly like to reinstall the map because you probably softlocked important stuff.

Set simulation distance to 5 and increase render distance to boost fps

Oh btw if you want to use fast travel towers you probably need to disable connected textures and try to activate one of locked towers again

Increase your render distance and go to that copper tower near windburg. Use elytras and keep head of mu-dak, those are important items
