Curious - I have a vertuoplus deluxe which is compatible with Alto pods... It even came with the discovery pack including alto pods...would the cold brew pods work with it since it brews 414ml pods?

Any help would be appreciated. When I follow the steps and first hold the button for 7 seconds, the light stays solid white, goes off for a second, flashes orange twice, and then reverts back to solid white. Cannot get it to start blinking rapidly.

Another thing: you tell us to add 1 liter of water to descale solution. That is WRONG. Only add half a liter!! Diluting your descale solution will make it less effective. Also, the tank doesn’t even fit that much liquid. You got half of this all right 🤦🏼♀️

4:29 you want distilled water. Not filtered. Filtered has corrosive minerals which is why we descale. Distilled water is what you use in medical autoclaves and expensive equipment that requires water. Distilled.

I did step by step but for some reason mine doesn't want to descale. Trired it 6 times 😭 So I had to do the cleaning mood a bunch of times with the descaler. Any other suggestions? I bought it second hand and don't have the manual

I bought some and tried it iced and it is delicious I have not tried it hot yet but it is definitely worth my money I will be buying more in the future.
