I have been canning like crazy this winter. If i find it on sale....I'm buying it and canning it. I just finished up 32 quarts of beef bone broth. We buy the bones at the butcher shop....its $15 for 40 pounds. I still have some of the bones left that I froze for later. The canned meat is definitely a treat on late work days. Right now...I need to go buy some more jars. I've been doing a lot of the 'like bush's baked beans'. I need to do some pinto beans. I personally love these videos....because canning is so relaxing and rewarding to me. As always...thanks for sharing❤
