@@warcrimeconnoisseur5238 sort of. Roshi gave up fighting when goku was like 14, this is also shown that in the saiyan saga krillin is stronger than him pre training for a year. He continued to be in the background and fought frezia soldiers, so I’m not saying him getting stronger is a bad thing. I’m saying that someone who’s been training for decades should be much stronger than someone at most training again recently.
