The best thing about IceMan was that he doesn't take damage when he blocks. Makes sense because you hitting the projected ice not his actual body.

Dan, Ken, Dark Sakura is a decent sleeper team in this game, you can abuse Sakura's teleport and Ken's Dragon Punch assist to destroy many players top tier teams. Another fun tactic is to change Zangief to invincible and use his throw assist into Silver Samurai's electric super for extreme damage that's easy to do and leaves you out of danger.
