As a 2019 Suzuki Sport owner I dont think ill get an exhaust because they dont sound good. No pops or bangs maybe they need to be tuned first.

@@arielatomhc pops and bangs are a result of over fueling or adding fuel on overrun. It's something cars less focused on mpg and economy do more often when you only swap the exhaust. Where as the Swift hitting 45+ mpg won't be as "fuelful" but a remap could definitely change that

I prefer the exterior styling of the previous model (1.6 Sport) and wish the 2017 model had a better choice of wheels. Can't argue with the lighter weight and faster acceleration but there are so many reports of them being nowhere near as much fun to drive as the revy 1.6 Sport - a case of all torque and no pizazz?
@JaneDoe-ft7ln2 ай бұрын
Have owned both and they're both a lot of fun. The 1.4t is much easier to drive in everyday situations and the extra pull from the increased torque won't suck you back into your seat but does feel good from any engine speed when you're on the throttle. The 1.6 has no pull to speak of and you have to rev the nuts off to make progress. Yes it's fun but can also be tiresome sometimes too, especially in traffic.

As a quick tip- If you're unsure if your shock absorbers failed, the car may feel unstable and might rattle or clatter over small bumps in the road when going over them with that wheel/corner. That's when you can get underneath and check them for leaks or, try a bump test where you're checking the car settles before 3 bounces when pressing on the car to compress the suspension 👍🏻

Dude I have no idea why you turned the piston. Just turning it, and then turning it back to how it was, can cause it to move better afterwards?... What ? The dude in the other video popped the thing out and sanded the sides until it was shiny.
@Dan_AYP3 ай бұрын
Sometimes a full caliper refresh isn't needed and the pistons on the rear wind back as they have a ratchet mechanism internally for the handbrake. With this in mind, simply moving the piston can "free it off" enough to not need a full caliper refurb. To add, dismantling the caliper can result in seals getting damaged and/or split. This is fine if you have a full set of rubbers to replace them with but if not, you end up with a bricked car until you buy them. Most replacement calipers are also very close to a refurb kit in cost but, you save a lot of time by just buying a replacement caliper. If you want another video showing the caliper teardown and rebuild I believe theres one on a civic ev1 on my channel 👍🏻
