Congratulations on owning a very rare, and beautiful example of a German made Mk1 GTI Golf. I own a 1981 VW Scirocco ‘S’ model in Mars Red. Not as original as your car, but it’s a nice car that I work on myself at 68 years of age. Has a close ratio 5 spd transmission, with yellow Koni sport adjustable shocks, Neuspeed sport springs, Neuspeed 28 mm rear sway bar, front sway bars and top strut bar. 1.8 JH 8 valve engine and headers with a TecTonics tuned exhaust. It’s a great canyon runner that I’ve take on Angeles Crest 2 highway here in Southern California Pasadena. I use to own a 1978 VW Scirocco Champagne edition when I was in my twenties, with the same build. I missed that car so much, I had to own another. Next canyon run will be world famous Mulholland drive. 😁

The snorkel is always the thing that crosses the line from cool to cringe. Only sad middle age beer belly dudes who sit in pubs drinking, think a snorkel is cool. Take that off and it's a super cool wagen.

North Staffordshire Healthcare trust NHS required a training film for its student covering multiple Neurological scenarios. This is a short student training films and patient re-enactment covering a woman with early signs of Dementia and being tested by the doctor. All the films were filmed over a few days at the Edward Myers Unit in Harplands Hospital Stoke.
