I love the compartmentalizing. I have an actual box with slips of paper in it that I take out once a day to deal with, then put them back in the box. The top of the box reads “when closed, leave it to the universe”.

This isn't my first time watching. Your testimony brings me such hope. First of all, my cute little limby was a bit active before I began watching, and right off the bat, it gave me so much perspective because it helped to see just how amazing I am doing. I don't think it is coniencidental at all that so many of us find DNRS after finding God. I found DNRS shortly after being on my knees surrendering it all to God for the first time in my life. Thank you so much for sharing. I know that is so vulnerable and probably wasn't easy, but your story means a lot to me, and I am so grateful you did. You are an incredible mom and person ❤️

😯😯🥳🥳🥳 WOW. Awesome !! That is describing ,e right now - the break down and MCAS - but even doing 1 hour of DNRS is way too much stimulation for my NS - I am so low I can't even begin to visualise - does DNRS programme take this in to account ?? That some have to start really really snall and be super gentle on their NS ?

Yes!! When I was going through the program I could only do about 10 or 15 minutes a day. It took me 3 weeks to get through the material. I cannot tell if you have already started DNRS? You can take it as slowly as you need to. If you have started the program there is an on-line community which is very helpful with any questions you might have. Hang in there! This program really works if you put the effort in. (As much as you can). Over time you will get better!!!

I'm about 6 weeks into DNRS. It's a fantastic program, and Annie Hopper deserves huge thanks and credit. I'm curious that in the early part of this talk, however, that she makes the statement about childhood trauma NOT likely as a root cause of limbic system impairment. Her disavowal of childhood trauma is completely off base, as very much research shows. This video is 6 years old, so that may be part of the issue, although we knew about the effects of childhood trauma on brain development then. Check out the Harvard Center on the Developing Child, for example. Her statement about childhood trauma is so general its like saying bladder cancer is the same as brain cancer. The term "childhood trauma" encompasses a nearly infinite variety of experiences, and repeated and sustained physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse can very definitely trains the alarm system to be stuck "on."

I wonder if this could help with atypical trigeminal neuralgia caused by Dental surgery two decades ago trying to get rid of all of your symptoms telling me if he did that my CFS, IC, Fibro Would go away. I was left with the worst pain I could possibly imagine. He said there was no cure neurologists agreed but there’s no proof there’s no way to look at it on the MRI my MRI looks fine. No drugs work. Talking chewing all of that causes great pain even walking because your hips affect your jaw I have TMD as well, Clenchlot at night tight muscles in the face .Not sure if this could work for that level of pain I have not seen anyone with that level of nerve pain and any of the success stories. But, Maybe I just haven’t seen one yet.

Does this work for people who have pretty much cleared their CFS, left with some fibromyalgia got rid of 80% of interstitial cystitis on their own like me, but still left with trigeminal neuralgia and TMJ and back pain of course that never goes away. Trigeminal neuralgia atypical caused by Dentist claiming he could pull my Bad root canal tooth cavitate the bone which is bone surgery and I would get all better. There was no infection he did the surgery anyway because I paid for it, I woke up that night after anesthesia wore off with the worst pain and pressure One could ever imagine and this is someone who suffered with Pudendal neuralgia for 10 years. No comparison! I was told take all these pain meds nothing worked at all whatsoever. Going on two decades now wondering if this could help me with my TMJ and pudendal neuralgia, very severe tight muscles lots of clenching at night and of course the nerve pain like my tooth is being drilled on 24 seven it’s a dark place indeed. It affected the left side of my teeth face but mostly upper back molars I also will get burning mouth in addition to that if the pain is at its peak which is often.

Yes! I'm not like everybody else and love it!! lol ... Having my own N.S. dysregulation, took the time to listen to your awesome testimony even though we do not have the same symptoms. I was so encouraged by the fact that you have overcome your IT's in just seven months. It has been 6 weeks for me and so far, feel the shifts happening already!! Furthermore, I will try and make more of a concerted effort to partake in the forum as I not only desire to re-regulate my N.S. but become a Divine creator in the process. X

I find it hilariously ironic that this talk about calling the nervous system is introduced at the start as a 'coffee tallk'. Does the speaker have a clue that one of the most widely used stimulants wordwide is coffee (caffeine). The addiction/habit/affliction is so strong to this stimulant that most people, including health professionals, are often blinded to the Elephants in the room!

Their nervous system is wired from their environment and the mother. So think your nervous system: is it sending signals of safety to your child? Think environment: chemical and physical toxins.
