In the Euroncap there are more tests, frontal crash, but also crashes on the left and right sides of the car. Also, there are AirBags in both cars, in Beamng it’s very unlikely that cars have airbags. In the real Euroncap Crashtests, there are dummies in the car whose faces are painted so that they can see how the face of the dummy bumped onto the airbag. That is very important in real life

Impactspeed per car or overall impactspeed? Both cars are 150 km/h fast at the last clip? No reason to be afraid going 200 km/h on the Autobahn with these. Look for the real S124 (Kombi) crashtest video with a speed of over 110 km/h!
