It is 4th month of pregnancy and I am going through Muscle Spasm. I can't move fast. I can't sleep and walk and sit. I'm sick of laying down on bed. It is difficult to change your side. My Pain starts from center of lower spine to the right leg. If i put some weight on right leg which causes extreme wave of pain. I walk through help of alongside things. On arms pressure i get up. I heard of it that it happens because of muscle weakness. Though, only massage and good food can help better maybe. Even, too much laying down can cause stomach disturbance , Gas issues , and suffocation which i suffered. Dr. Recommend me Pain killer (numberol forte) and Syrup (Gaviscon) and one gell for massage. And rest. After 2 weeks will examine further. If i need MRI. Which i pray that this pain goes by its own. Because, You've not shared relief in pain. And suffering since 3 months. But through your video i get to know that it happens. I'm not the only one
