Hi thanks for the video. In Atl where I am the lighter box is to cover grey hair. The darker box does not. I know because I use the lighter box🙂 also like you said, the # of intensity is different too. Take care!

Overtone will not lighten your hair. If you want it lighter you have to bleach it first and then overtone it. Their products work great if you follow instructions. It's a coloring conditioner.

thanks for this! cus awhile ago i stood in the store comparing 10.0 vs C41 for a hot minute, thinking it was old vs. new (or just argan oil vs. shea butter), so i wasn’t sure bout the way the colors showed on the women on the boxes lol. it’s also hard to compare online cus the swatches are pretty close. lol this is the video i needed to complete my research.🙏🏾

know your level 9 is light 4 is on the darker side its not the box leves you need to know
