why doesn't the thinner used to clean panel lines remove the paint too?

Because of the difference in paint type. I used Enamel Paint for the panel lines while in the surface I used Lacquer Paint. Then I used Enamel Thinner to clean the panel lines which does’t affect Lacquer paint that much.

Thank you, good question, napaisip din ako oo nga no, bakit nga pala. But for me, I think mas human like yung proportions kapag extended, lalo na in most HG kits. Also Bandai kept on making their thighs smaller compared sa proportions ng MG kits. Yes magiging disproportion nga lang siya sa scale ng other line ng kits, but for me, it's not really an issue.

I don’t have a tutorial video yet, but what I usually do is apply a gloss black primer first then apply the metallic paint after. Glossier first coat will give more shine.
