lide 25 is a very old model. Probably your RAM Memory is low. close all application before starting scanning, background app as well. after doing all this if the problem persist then you can lower you scanning resolution.

old text should be replaced with new when you import new one, if any wrong while importing then make sure your pendrive is not more than 4GB.
