If was an entirely protestant area . The Catholic area no was a tiny bit called the Bone so Bit by bit they moved up into main streets then The burning started all over Belfast. Upper Ardoryn is still protestant known as Glen Brine. That's starts large protestant area up to the turn of the road then Into to Silverstream and beyond I was in the are when they started to burn the houses. Must admit A Protestant burned his own home as he dident want the other side moving into his home. Then burning out homes started on both sides. Most catholic areas where once protestant areas.
