Reminds me of Johnny's savagery, especially with his common motif of being a black dog. A wild animal that was taught cruelty, far more dangerous than a wolf. And V's calculated nature, single syllable, single shot. (Which I think, flavor wise, is why there's so much support for stealth).

Fact that there was no "Synthesis" style ending where the Relic chomping at V's brain was stopped, but not removed and V just get's to keep Silverhand hanging around in his head instead of either giving up or getting a 6 month death clock is a real travesty.

There's an argument to be made that the endings where V has 6 months left are deliberately vague - i.e. we really can't say what happens next so it is entirely possible that they may get "cured" of the damage the relic has done.
