People just don't fold the handle down for storage problem SOLVED 😂😂

Mine failed to start almost immediately after I purchased it. I found a solution (dumb solution, but it works). Unclip the handle and push the first section of the handle all the way down into the second section of the handle that's attached to the mower. Now pull it all the way out and lock it in place. If you do this each time the mower starts 100% of the time. Maybe they developed this mower to always be folded up and hung on the wall so that you'll always do this handle procedure? I have no need to hang the mower on the wall, I park it in the garage just like I did with my gas mower. Maybe doing this procedure somehow makes the broken wire connect that this guy is showing us? That doesn't sound right though. I'm just glad the very expensive mower is working and starting. Another major disappointment on a major purchase. I won't buy another Ego mower ever again (I have an Ego leaf blower and weed wacker and they are both very good). I resist buying stuff now for fear of low quality crap that many companies are making even if you purchase the most expensive versions (low cost is usually low quality...well that's the way it used to work anyway).

Same with mine. This was the problem kzbin.info/www/bejne/m6uWlGNja9qNrNk I ended up wiggling the smallest of the 3 wire bundles until it worked and then zip tied it in place. Called EGO, will go to Home Depot once Bat-Fever subsides, but it works now.
