I think I finally figured out why I enjoy your climbing films so much and why they stand out as so unique. You do an incredible job of capturing the feeling of peace and serenity and beauty that shines through the experience of climbing. I think at some level you sacrifice the human “day in a life” story but I think it is so worth it. Your films communicate such a pure emotion, and it’s a hard one to put into words, but the only other time I feel this emotion is when I’m out in a beautiful place, climbing, beautiful rocks and really present in that reality.
