I would recommend the 4070 of course, but for CoD, and this year especially, the game is a lot more CPU dependent. Make sure you have a newer, at least 8 core CPU, before upgrading the graphics card. My Ryzen 7 5800x is honestly bottlenecking my 4070 bad.
