Good morning Tony 😀🍿🎸🎶 Great video as ever mate; I remembered buying the VHS of ‘Tomb Of The Cybermen’ when I was 10 year young and I watched it one October’s Saturday night and the episode blew my mind! I remembered the days of going to Huddersfield market on a Saturday morning or afternoon and I be buying some DW VHS tapes; such great fond memories 😀👌 I regretfully gave my DW tapes away in 2011 when I stopped buying VHS; but fast forward 12-13 years later; I been collecting the DW VHS again just for the stunning artwork too; not only that of course; but since the Summer; I been rebuilding my VHS collection again; I hope to do my latest VHS update very soon 😀🍿📼👌 ‘Spearhead From Space’; one of the best Doctor debut stories out there; them Autons use to give me the chills; really great episode Tone; what’s your thoughts on ‘Terror Of The Autons’ with Pertwee? 😊 I’m close to finish rewatching ‘The Daemons’; classic Who right there; The Master is so sinister in that episode; Roger Delgado is my fav Master; he was fantastic in every episode he was in 🙌 Can’t wait for Horror month to kick in; when I start my traditional October Horror marathon and looking to make first time watches of ‘Salem’s Lot’; ‘Pet Semetary’; ‘The Dead’ trilogy from Romero; I only seen the first Friday film; so definitely looking to finally watch some of the sequels for this coming month 👌 Is there any Horror films you plan on watching for October Tony? 😀👻🎃🧟‍♂️🍿🎸🎶 Hope you having a great weekend bud; thanks for the kind words as ever and keep up the amazing work as always 😀🍿🙌🎸🎶

Its skynet. The machines are taking over and destroying all your notes! Call John Connor! 70s sci fi is my jam! All those that you listed are pretty much the same as my favourites, growing up on Charlton Heston in The Omega Man and Soylent Green, so good! I still enjoy rewatching them now! I still need to see Threads. There are so many i need to see, I should start a list and cross each off as I finally get around to them! Deadpool 2; I liked it. Just as fun as the first, but a little bit darker. The Crazies: I fkn LOVED it. Exactly how a remake should be done. The Hangover: Good fun on the first few watches... Loses its charm after a while. The Outlaw Josey Wales: Havent seen in a long time. Wake In Fright: Havent seen, but adding to the list Attack The Block: Enjoyed it, lot of fun, but yeah, I get the way they talk is annoying... Made me want the aliens to win. Awesome mugs! Im banned from buying any more as I have too many lol I have heard of Dead End Drive In and its one I have always considered checking out. May have to now. The Fly is great. Spookies is... Spookies. I mean, its 2 movies spliced together and has flatulent zombies, so... yeah, its fun! Cynthia Rothrock I grew up with her movies, and loved them! She made so many kickass flicks in the early 90s and onwards and still is! Great vid, Tony! Have an awesome week ahead!

Also picked up the VHS for ‘Platoon’ for the sum for 10p 👌 I never seen ‘Scum; still high up on my to watchlist; came out same year as one of my favourite films ever ‘Quadrophenia’ 🙌 ‘Pale Rider’ is a solid Clint Eastwood Western mate; watched that last month and need to check out the other two films in the Dollars trilogy and those other Eastwood Westerns in that boxset 🤠 ‘Tomb Of The Cybermen’ is my all time favourite DW story Tone and it stars my favourite Doctor in the classic era Patrick Troughton; wonderful episode; love the eerie atmosphere to that; love watching Classic Who at this time of year; gonna be rewatching ‘The Daemons’ with Pertwee over the weekend 😀 Excellent stuff as ever Tony mate; keep up the great work and hope you doing well 😀🙏🍿🎸🎶

Fantastic video as ever Tony 😀🍿🙌🎸🎶 Oh yes BM Returns; just like ‘Die Hard’; it has also been up for debate wherever it’s an Xmas movie or not; I class BM Returns as 50% Xmas film and 50% non Xmas film; definitely a movie nonetheless I watch in December; really great film 😀 Had an absolute ball with BM Forever & BM & Robin on the big screen recently; such a fun whacky time; there not great films that I get bucketloads of enjoyment from; I’m sure you gonna get some entertainment from them when you get to those movies Tone 😂👌 Thanks for the kind words about my Blu-Ray/VHS update from the start of the month Tony mate; it really is fantastic to see VHS getting a lot of love on here 😀🍿 📼👌 Would highly recommend the 1978’ LOTR animation Tone; based off the first two books and the animation style is gorgeous and one of a kind indeed 😊 I watch it every Xmas Day; can’t wait for this time around to watch it in HD oppose to my DVD copy where I watched the movie for many years on that format. Definitely going to be checking out ‘Music Within’ soon; it really does sound brilliant and for the cast alone 😀 When your next Saturday blog is out; I would of seen ‘The Good; Bad & Ugly’ in 35mm; I saw it at Tyneside last year and it looked amazing Tone; so I think the 35mm print gonna do this cinematic masterpiece all the more spectacular as it is a Sublime Western that stands the test of time 🤠 Great Top 10 NYC films list Tone; some amazing choices there; love ‘The Warriors’ which looked great on the big screen; the soundtrack is tremendous; a brilliant 70’s movie that just can’t be remade; surely not! Thank you for the recommendations; that film ‘Times Square’ sounds fantastic and hearing about the soundtrack and bands’ music that featured; that has got to be right up my street! Also ‘Breakfast At Tiffany’s’ is one of those golden classics; I have not seen; so must rectify a Blu-Ray copy of it soon 👍 Have a superb weekend Tony; take care and keep up the wonderful work; look forward to your future content as ever and also yes I would absolutely love to see you do more Music related vids in the future matey 😀🍿🎸👌

What? You didn't like Attack The Block? Fair call, the i dont know what you'd call them kids, but yeah...They can get on your nerves a bit...I enjoyed the movie though. I actually have not seen Cruel Jaws yet, but its on the list for a Trashy Tuesday review. The Raid is still one of my faves, along with Ong Bak for martial arts films. Its fast, action packed and it really packs a punch! And hearing you speak on *that* scene in The Fly? Am I the only one who thinks a "Tony Reacts" episode is a great idea? How goes the Air Fryer? Tone's Air Fryer Adventures? One of my favourite New York based films, which I dont think anyone has mentioned, is Die Hard: With a Vengeance. Oh wow... The Tripods! I used to love that show! the 80's British films was steered by the output from Handmade Films as well, some great Handmade titles, including The Missionary, Withnail and I, The Long Good Friday, Time Bandits, A Private Function, and Privates on Parade and Mona Lisa I've been considering doing a special video on Handmade as they were responsible for a renaissance in the British film industry there are some duds though like Bullshot and Water even Michael Caine couldn't save that one. I really liked The Raid, its fast moving with some excellently executed fight sequences. Great pace throughout. Also got a Criterion video coming soon on the Long Good Friday which might interest the group. Tony did you see Juggernaut is getting a release soon. (Richard Harris). Oasis happy not to be there next year I've kept my money just not to my taste.

Touching on the prison movies, an underrated movie is 'an innocent man' with Tom Selleck, absolutely incredible film. As far as game movies, the new mortal kombat reboot is awesome, you dont need to play the games to know whats going on, its just over the top fight sequences 😂 My favourite Bond movie is Livence to kill but skyfall is a very close second, love the grittiness. One night rental and Clerks would be great together 🤣😂🤣😂 little secret, one night rental was originally supposed to be shot in black and white. Awesome vid as always mate, stay safe 👊

Did some one say "meet up"? Did some one say "beer and kebabs"?! Got my passport in hand! Silent Hill... The movie is a solid, atmospheric, if somewhat confusing film, but I do enjoy and recommend it. Definitely dont need to know the game, but stay clear of the sequel, Silent Hill: Revelation, complete and utter waste of 90 odd minutes of your life. Remakes can be good, and yeah Evil Dead, Dawn of the dead, Friday the 13th, all great (and some better than the original) remakes, but Cabin Fever? Bloody Rick... 100% agree with you about Clerks and One Night Rental! Both absolute crackers! Hopefully we can get Zombie Flesh Eaters on the big screen over here! Just saw Demons in the cinema last night and loved it! Films set in New York, with the build up you were giving I was sure you were going to sat Friday the 13th part 8: Jason Takes Manhattan lol! For me, cant go past Escape From New York, King Of New York, American Psycho, Ghostbusters. The Warriors, Superman... Probably many more. Star Trek The Motion Picture is .... Great. I really enjoy the first movie, its got a very operettic, cinematic feel. Most of the films improved along the way (with the exception of the 5th film). Gald you gave Deadpool a second chance! I really enjoy it, its a very non-super, superhero movie! Anyway... enough from me... Great vid, Tony!

Scum was originally a BBC play for today in 1977 directed by Alan Clarke which tney banned, no showing until 1991 on BBC-2 slightly different cast, including David Threfall, it then re surfaced as a movie and a cast change, it was first time I saw Phil Daniels with Ray Winstone of course. My fav movie set in New York is Midnight Cowboy 2nd place it’s Manhattan. With Kes Colin Welland went on the write the Oscar winning Chariots of Fire that famous speech of his “the British are coming” and he was right the very next year Gandhi swept the boards.
