Ma'am how to get into Harvard and ivy league university. It's so hard to get into ivy league universities but we can try. Ma'am I don't know how to get into it. I've seen videos and visited many websites but not proper information. I want to do my MBBS from those universities. It'll cost so much but I'll take loan or apply for scholarship. I'll do anything to get into that university. Ma'am please show the way to get into my dream university. I'll highly obliged to you.

According to Wikipedia, this university is very new (started in 2021) and the first batch of medical students hasn't even started yet. Traveling all the way to a poor and remote country (I checked it takes at least 24 hours and you need visa so can't just go whenever you want!!!) to a university with literally no reputation and no experience in medical education is super risky. These consultants make their money and move on but the poor student takes the risk and might get stuck in some random part of the world like this.
