a man ( as opposed to an adult boy) provides not only for a woman’s daily needs but to her future as well. so if a woman is required to give her money to a provider then she is giving away a portion of her security and exposing the fraud of provider’s ability to provide for her future. it has the same fingerprint of a scam wherein a company requires a fee in order to receive money due.
