Very good. I think the title is quite a bold statement, but sedentary lifestyles are awful for the body, and I'm glad you're spreading awareness. So many people don't even know that just sitting around all day is harming them.

Here You Go! 1 cup of spinach (for iron and vitamin A) 1/2 avocado (for omega-3s) 1 small banana (for biotin) A handful of walnuts or almonds (for zinc) 1 tablespoon of chia or flaxseeds (more omega-3s) 1 cup of Greek yogurt (for protein and hydration) A splash of orange juice (for vitamin C and better iron absorption) Blend all these ingredients together, and you've got yourself a nutrient-packed smoothie that's not just good for your hair but your overall health.

Thank you for the video. Could you please advise me on how to look after my hair? I’ve got fine wavy hair. It’s short so I have to wash every day. I need to blow dry it to get some kind of style. Not washing it every day and not drying it it’s out of the question I wouldn’t be able to come out of the house.
